![]() The bartenders on most Carnival ships aren't real mixologists (Except at the specialty bars like Alchemy) and only know how to make the drinks listed in the menus.Ĭasino bar being probably the busiest bar on the ship most evenings I sort of understand it I guess. Don't get me started about asking bartenders to make a Boulevardier. In other words they only wanted to make the cocktails that were on the 'casino bar menu'. Turned out he couldn't do it because they couldn't ring it up even though it was going to be a free drink. He had to go to the back to ask permission. It literally took 5 minutes for the bartender to find out whether he could do it. Just last month I was on the Luminosa and I had Drinks Everywhere and went up to the Casino Bar and asked them to make a Negroni. Having said that it with regards to cocktails it has to be something that the casino bar is allowed and/or KNOWS to make and has all the ingredients. ![]() ![]() Things like spiked coffee or milkshakes may not be available at the casino bar and thus not included. Anything the casino bar has - wine, beer, seltzers, sodas, hard liquor.
